Maintenance reason

Ability to specify simple comment on maintenance to specify why it was created.

This can help to identify if there is a maintenance configured for a check that should no longer be in that maintenance mode.
If someone forgets to bring maintenance window down, having a reason for its existence (jira task, description of a job to do, date) would be extremely helpful.
